E-merge Group

‘E-merge’ group is our Sunday morning activity for school-aged children that runs from about 11.00am in parallel with our morning service. E-merge takes place in the classrooms located on the lower floor of the church building.

Using resources from the Urban Saints ‘Energize’ scheme we aim to provide an opportunity for children to learn about the message of the Bible and, if they wish, to begin to worship God for themselves. Activities include craftwork, story telling, singing and games.

Occasionally, social events are arranged for the E-merge group on other days than Sundays.

For emergency reasons we ask parents of children who take part in the E-merge group to provide contact details for themselves and their children.

Our children’s workers are police-checked through the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS), of which we are a subscribing member, and this activity is covered by our Safeguarding Policy.

Our E-merge Group Leader is Kathryn Roberts.
